Service description

Nuuto provides a subscription-based nutritional support service. The service includes at-home testing, personalised supplement recommendations based on your test results, and delivery of daily supplement sachets.

Nuuto is a food-based service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions, and it does not replace advice from healthcare professionals. Supplement recommendations are based on measured nutrient levels and are designed to support the maintenance of appropriate nutrient intake.

Subscription periods

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Plans renew in terms that match their testing cycle — the 6-month plan in 6-month terms, the 3-month plan in 3-month terms, and the monthly plan rolling month to month — and sachets are dispatched in advance to ensure continuous supply.

Monthly billing occurs on the anniversary of your first activation. You will receive a receipt via email after each successful payment.

Testing

At-home tests are included in your subscription at the frequency specified by your chosen plan. Tests are designed for home use and include clear instructions.

Test results are used to inform your supplement recommendations. They are not a substitute for medical testing or clinical diagnosis.

Test-first option

You may begin with a single at-home test for a one-off fee. If your results indicate that supplementation is not needed, the test is provided at no cost. If you proceed to a subscription, the test fee is deducted from your first billing cycle. The money-back and deduction offer applies once per customer.

Cancellation and pausing

You may cancel ahead of your plan's next renewal; the monthly plan can be cancelled before any billing date. Once a sachet cycle has entered the preparation phase, that specific shipment cannot be cancelled.

You may pause your subscription for up to 90 days from your account dashboard. During a pause, no billing occurs and no sachets are dispatched.

Delivery

Supplements are delivered using tracked shipping. Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of preparation.

Delivery is included in all subscription plans at no additional cost.

Limitation of liability

Nuuto provides nutritional recommendations based on test results. While supplements are carefully formulated and produced to food-grade standards, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.

You should consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement routine, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of your current subscription cycle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Nuuto operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or through your account dashboard before they take effect.
