What's inside
One at-home test kit. Two sachets a day. Everything in them, below.
The at-home test kit
Daily sachetsEach sachet holds that dose's capsules and gel capsules — every form carefully chosen for how well your body absorbs it — and is printed with its contents, so you always see what you're taking.
It starts with a test
A virtually painless 15-minute test at home — a compact microsampling device, no syringes, analysed by an accredited lab. Repeated every 1, 3 or 6 months, depending on your plan.
What it reads · 9 markers
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin E
- Vitamin D
- Zinc
- Magnesium
- Copper
- Calcium
- Manganese
- Selenium
B-complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin K aren't tested — Vitamin K is hard to measure reliably, and all three are safe at baseline doses. They're in every plan as constants.
See how testing worksThe nutrients

Common questions
What does the test measure?
Nine key biomarkers: vitamins A, D and E, plus calcium, copper, magnesium, manganese, selenium, and zinc. Together they give a clear picture of where supplementation would be useful — and where it wouldn't.
What about the quality of the supplements?
Quality over quantity. We choose each nutrient in a form your body absorbs well — the market is full of cheap forms the body absorbs poorly, and everything in your sachet should count.
Where are the supplements made?
All our supplements are made in Europe, in EU-certified facilities, and comply with EU food supplement regulations.
Do I need to stop my current supplements?
Yes — ideally three weeks before your test, so your results show your true baseline. If a supplement was prescribed by a medical professional, check with them first.
