Seasonal changes and nutrient needs
It is easy to think of nutrition as a fixed equation, but nutrient needs shift throughout the year. One of the clearest examples is Vitamin D, which the body produces in response to sunlight. During winter months, reduced sun exposure means many people have lower Vitamin D levels.
Activity levels also change with the seasons. People who are more active in summer may have different mineral requirements compared to winter, when routines tend to be more sedentary.
Nuuto accounts for seasonal factors when generating each supplement cycle. Two people with identical test results may receive different recommendations if their plans are generated at different times of year, because the context in which those results exist matters.
This is part of what makes a measured, adaptive approach more useful than a fixed-dose multivitamin. A static product cannot adjust to the changing conditions of your life. A system that re-tests and recalibrates can.
